A53 Seamless & Welded Carbon Steel Pipe
ASTM A53 is a carbon steel alloy that can be used as structural steel or for low pressure piping. ASTM A53 (ASME SA53) carbon steel pipe is a specification covering seamless, welded black and hot-dip galvanized steel pipe from NPS 1/8 "to NPS 26. A53 is suitable for pressure and mechanical applications, as well as for general use in steam, water, gas and air lines.
ASTM A106 is suitable for seamless carbon steel pipe for high temperature environment. ASTM A106 pipe is manufactured according to grade A, B and C. A106-A is equivalent to the domestic 10# steel material, A106-B is equivalent to the domestic 20# material, is a relatively common use of a steel pipe material at home and abroad. API Spec 5L is an international standard that specifies the manufacturing requirements for two product specification grades (PSL 1 and PSL 2) of seamless and welded steel pipes used in pipeline transportation systems in the oil and gas industry.
API is an acronym for the American Petroleum Institute and is considered the most authoritative and comprehensive principle in the oil and gas industry. API 5B and API 5CT are mainly used for oil casing. API 5CT oil casing can be divided into seamless steel pipe and welded steel pipe, welded steel pipe mainly refers to the straight seam steel pipe, large diameter oil casing is generally submerged arc welding straight seam steel pipe.
A333 Seamless & Welded Steel Pipe
ASTM A333 is the standard specification for seamless and welded carbon and alloy steel pipe for low temperature applications or other applications requiring notch toughness. This standard covers several grades of ferritic steel: Grade 3, Grade 4, Grade 6, Grade 7, Grade 8, Grade 9, Grade 10 and Grade 11.
Seamless steel pipe for general structure (GB/T8162-2008) is a seamless steel pipe for general structure and mechanical structure.
DIN 17175 is suitable for seamless pipes and is used in the construction of boilers, pipelines, pressure vessels and equipment. The maximum temperature can reach 600 ℃. DIN 1629 seamless steel pipe its main grades are St37.0, St44.0, St52.0, DIN 1629. Generally, the DIN 1629 standard is not limited to the working pressure value, and the working temperature is limited to below 300 ℃.
